What's available at Pure Grit Fitness...
Pure Grit is broken down into 2 workout rooms. We have a Pure Grit Circuit Room and a Pure Grit Weight Room (available for ages 14+ for circuit classes/ages16+ for weight room access or 14+ if accompanied by a parent). Whatever your style of workout may be, we try to offer a variety of options to fit into your fitness journey. Options vary from instructor led classes, to personal training options, to teaming up with the awesome Mike Millsaps & Team Nitro. "GritChats" will also be available. These can be booked in house with a staff member and will offer brief nutrition or workout guidance along with measurements to track progress.

Memberships and Booking Classes...
App Info
All waiver, class, trainer, and membership info is available on the app. You have to download the app to sign waivers before participating in a class, to sign up for classes, and to ensure payments. Download the Pure Grit Fitness app through the App Store. Choose the GLOFOX (orange fox) app. Then type in our gym name-Pure Grit Fitness, Taylorsville NC. Next, register with your info and sign the waivers available. You are then set to browse what we have to offer, purchase classes and memberships, along with seeing class schedules.
